My name is Bishop Dr. Rivers. R. Glover, I and I'm so happy you're here. I pastor Graceland Community Church in Missouri City, Texas.  In 2002 I found myself burdened as I noticed many ministry leaders becoming frustrated with ministry work because of their lack of knowledge in their assignment.  I founded Joy for the Journey Ministry in 2002 with the purpose of enlightening, building, and equipping ministry leaders above and beyond mediocracy.
